Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, pre-order, and print-on-demand items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

If your order contains multiple items, some items may ship separately and may not be eligible for cancellation if they have already entered processing.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page and include your order number.

PINKSOULL reserves the right to deny cancellation requests that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
