RETURN & REFUND POLICY


We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned with original packaging when applicable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items:
• Pre-order items
• Personalized or custom items
• Opened self-care and beauty products
• Gift cards
• Final sale items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to make it right.


Multiple Shipments:
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. Apparel may ship directly from our production partner, while jewelry, accessories, and self-care products may ship directly from PINKSOULL. If your order contains multiple item types, you may receive more than one tracking number.


Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
